How TuringEdge Technologies collects, uses, protects, and shares personal data across our website, products, and enterprise engagements.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Introduction

TuringEdge Technologies (“TuringEdge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) builds production-grade AI systems and enterprise software. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data we handle. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy applies to our website at turingedge.ai, our marketing and sales activities, and the products and services we operate. Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer as part of a deployed product or engagement, that processing is also governed by our agreement with that customer (see Our role: controller and processor below).

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide to us. When you contact us through our website forms, email us at contactus@turingedge.ai, request a demo or pilot, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, role, and the contents of your message.
  • Information we collect automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction data, using cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information processed within our products. Our products process data that our customers and their end users provide. Depending on the deployment, this can include personal data and sensitive data such as health or financial information. We process this data on behalf of our customers and under their instructions.

How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries, schedule discovery sessions, and scope engagements;
  • provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve our products and services;
  • communicate with you about our services, including updates and relevant offers, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • monitor and troubleshoot our systems, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our role: controller and processor

For our website, marketing, and sales activities, TuringEdge acts as a data controller and decides how and why personal data is processed.

For personal data processed inside a deployed product or client engagement, TuringEdge generally acts as a data processor or sub-processor, handling data on behalf of our business customer, who is the controller. In those cases the customer is responsible for the lawful basis and the notices given to end users, and our processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How we share information

We share personal data only as needed and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Service providers and sub-processors who host, support, or help us operate our systems, including cloud infrastructure providers (such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud) and AI model providers (such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic), under contracts that require them to protect the data.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors and legal counsel, where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

AI and automated processing

Some of our products use artificial intelligence to analyze data, generate recommendations, and score, rank, or assist decisions. Where our customers deploy these features, they are responsible for configuring appropriate human oversight. Our platforms are built with audit logging, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop approval controls so that automated processing can be reviewed and governed. If you are an end user of a customer’s deployment and have questions about an automated decision, please contact that organization.

Data security

We apply security controls appropriate to the data we handle, including role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, network segmentation, monitoring, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data processed on behalf of a customer is retained according to our agreement with that customer.

International data transfers

We operate from India and may use service providers located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable data protection laws, including the use of appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides for it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If your data is processed within a customer’s product deployment, we will refer your request to that customer or assist them in responding.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Where a customer’s deployment involves data relating to minors, for example in education, that processing is handled under the customer’s instructions and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
