The terms that govern your access to and use of the TuringEdge website, products, and services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TuringEdge website at turingedge.ai and any products, services, and applications we make available (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
The Services are provided by TuringEdge Technologies (“TuringEdge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). For enterprise engagements, paid deployments, and product subscriptions, additional or separate terms may apply, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or order form. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Some Services require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services and as instructed by you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For deployed products and engagements, the processing of personal data is governed by the applicable data processing agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary for the Customer Data you provide, and that your use of the Services complies with applicable law.
The Services, including our software, models, designs, text, and branding, are owned by TuringEdge or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services. You may not use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Where an engagement produces deliverables for you, ownership of those deliverables is determined by the applicable statement of work.
Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate outputs, recommendations, and automated actions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for any decisions you make based on them. We do not warrant that AI output is correct, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services that we do not control, such as cloud providers, AI model providers, and communication platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Access to certain Services is subject to fees described in the applicable order form, subscription plan, or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, are non-refundable, and are due as specified in the relevant agreement. We may suspend the Services for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuringEdge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, where you have a separate agreement with us, the amount stated in that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold TuringEdge harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to any separate agreement, the courts located in [city or jurisdiction to be added], India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
